Tony, movement director for the Academy of Sacred Drama, joined Academy artistic director and violinist Jeremy Rhizor and a cast of exceptional baroque musicians and singers on February 21 and 23, 2020 for the modern premiere of Antonio Gianettini’s oratorio La Vittima d’Amore - The Victim of Love. In this stunningly beautiful oratorio, Mary the Mother of Jesus, and Jesus’ friend John, try to convince Jesus to let them die in his place, only to learn that they must accept his necessary sacrifice - and their own heartbreak. No one knew that the impending pandemic would make this their last live concert of 2020.
